02 / About me

My journey has not been a straight line.
Work as an ethical responsibility.

I have always looked for ways to make a positive contribution to the place where I live through my work. Working in education and training has allowed me to put that aspiration into practice. I see this commitment as an ethical responsibility towards others and, more broadly, towards humanity. But such a goal cannot be achieved alone: it requires an organisation capable of turning intentions into collective action.

1999–2000

The foundations of my journey

A degree in Mathematics with a specialisation in computer science from the University of Trento (1999), followed by an ESF-funded “Infocenter Technician” course (2000), laid the foundations of my education, combining the rigour of scientific reasoning with technological skills. Both experiences shaped my approach to problems: analysing them, seeking solutions and understanding complex systems.

2000–2012

CTS Einaudi: from education to work

My time at the CTS Einaudi Vocational Training Centre in Bolzano (until December 2012) was an important stage in my professional journey. It brought me into contact with vocational education and the organisational side of work, and strengthened my interest in training and its role in developing skills and supporting the local area. I taught IT in continuing vocational education and job-training courses, then worked as a coordinator and quality manager. I also developed expertise in the use of technology for learning and in configuring and administering learning management systems.

2013-2026

ForTeam: an entrepreneurial adventure

At ForTeam, where I was a shareholder and CEO until October 2026, my professional path took on an entrepreneurial dimension. We saw education and training as practical ways to create opportunities, develop skills and contribute to the growth of our region. I learned that turning an idea into a lasting venture requires more than technical expertise: it also takes the ability to build an organisation, share responsibility and make difficult decisions.
My business partner and I started from scratch, with an idea, a great deal of determination and the ambition to build something meaningful. What began as a gamble became one of Bolzano’s leading training organisations: around 500 projects delivered, with total funding of €122 million. It was an extraordinary entrepreneurial and human adventure, shaped by insights, challenges, responsibility and the people who shared that journey with us. It taught me how far you can go when you turn a vision into a real organisation.

From now on

A future yet to be written

After many years spent building and growing projects, the time has come to explore new paths. I am interested in a future in which technology, and artificial intelligence in particular, will profoundly change how we work, learn and live. I do not yet know what form the next chapter of my journey will take, but I want to approach it with the same spirit that has guided me so far: continuing to learn, to question my assumptions and to contribute to something worthwhile.

03 / Other projects

Passions and commitment

Some activities and passions reveal other sides of who I am and how I relate to others.

Commitment / Community

Volunteering and participation

I believe skills have particular value when they are shared and put at the service of others. Volunteering and participating in associations give me opportunities to contribute to the community, meet people and bring new ideas to life.

AIF – Italian Association of Trainers

Regional board member since 2008

President of the Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol regional chapter, November 2016–December 2023

A long-standing commitment to promoting a culture of learning, professional exchange and the recognition of skills.

TEDxBrixen

License holder since 2020

I helped bring the spirit of TED to Brixen: sharing ideas, experiences and perspectives that inspire new ways of thinking. In May 2022, we organised the first edition of TEDxBrixen, built around the theme “Our Stories”. It was an experience that brought together organisation, creativity and community involvement, giving a platform to people with very different stories to tell.

Auxilia – Voluntary organisation

Treasurer · since 2026

A new volunteer commitment in which I contribute my administrative and organisational expertise to support the association’s activities.

Passions / Expression

Music

Music has been part of my life since I was eight, when I began studying classical guitar. I also studied the harpsichord for four years, exploring a different repertoire and musical sensibility.

In October 2026, I released my first album, created with the support of artificial intelligence. The experience brought together my passion for music and my interest in new technologies, opening up creative possibilities that would have been hard to imagine just a few years ago.
